Create your own design to be printed on to the hotel keycard - given to every delegate staying at the Hilton Metropole.

Cost: £2,000 + VAT

SDI17 App Banner (example from 2016)

Your designed scrolling banner will appear across all pages on the app. In 2016, the banners achieved a total of 55,900 impressions from conference visitors. A maximum of just 3 banners for the whole event will keep your awareness high.

Cost: £500 + VAT


IT Service & Support Awards 2017 Category Sponsor


Your logo will be on the finalists and winner's awards for your chosen category - Small Service of the Year 2017 and Inspirational Leader of the Year categories remain. A representative from your company will also be invited on stage to present the trophy to the winner and be featured in the official winner's photo which always generates plenty of PR coverage for the year ahead.

Hotel Reception Branding

Put your company logo or image on the screens at the hotel reception check in desks. Visible for the whole duration of the conference and awards.

New for 2017 is the sponsored mobile bar! You can provide conference and awards guests with a drink on you! Brand up the bar with your logo and guests will really appreciate a free frink from you.

Alemba splash

Create your own splash screen for the conference app - it will appear every time the app is opened for every app user. 

Cost: £1,000 + VAT


SDI17 App Push Notifications

Send a message to the whole conference delegation at a time of your choice. Just 3 per day are available, great for driving traffic to your exhibition stand, presentation session or for promoting giveaways.

Cost: £450 + VAT


Magic Selfie Mirror

Guests at the awards gala dinner love to take pictures of themselves and their colleagues having such a memorable evening. Have your branding on the photos they print and take away with them - great visibility on social media and after the event. SDI will publish some of the best photos of the evening too.

Cost: £1,400 + VAT


Pre- Conference Networking Dinner Sponsor

The pre-conference dinner is always a great fun night and attracts 375 people for an informal seated dinner and a quiz. You could be the sole sponsor for the night and we can event get you involved in the quiz as a guest quiz master or giving out the prizes. You can brand the room however you like - it's up to you how creative you want to get!

Cost: £1,800 + VAT


Delegate Bag Inserts


All delegates will be receiving a tote bag this year so why not use the opportunity to give them a gift, a pen, a stressball, a brochure - something useful always works well! There will be a maximum of 5 inserts to keep your visibility high.

Cost: £600 + VAT per insert
