The fastest growing and most dynamic contact centre specialist in the UK are looking for an experienced Service Desk Engineer who excels in Customer Service, and incident/problem/change management fulfilment to welcome to our world.  Reporting to the Service Desk Operations Manager you will play an integral part in the support service we deliver to our customer base at Tier 1 level and have a significant impact on CSAT KPI contribution. Lots of opportunity for an experienced Service Desk Engineer to get involved and gain more experience within a fast paced, growing, future focussed business.

A Day in the Life of a Technical Service Desk Engineer:

o    You will love to deliver brilliant customer service

o    You will act as the central contact for our customer base

o    You will interface with a wide range of internal stakeholders

o    You will take on assigned cases, ascertain importance and provide first line troubleshooting to resolution

o    You will be responsible for the communication strategy with the customer

o    You will proactively own the technical progression of standard incidents/changes/problems

o    You will work innovatively and confidently, supporting your team mates to meet challenging targets

What you’ll need to join our world:

o    A Degree

Customer service experience

Technical troubleshooting experience

A thirst for technical knowledge – contact centre technology experience? Even better!

Working knowledge of ITIL processes

A drive to succeed

Confident and clear communicator, setting high standards for quality
