This two-day group training workshop is designed to develop the advanced skills required of a Senior Service Desk Analyst and support their career progression in to a senior service desk team member, team leader or Service Desk Manager. Formerly the Service Desk Senior Analyst (SDSA) course, this two day workshop provides a bridge between the Service Desk Analyst qualification and the Service Desk Manager qualification and helps grow your senior analysts in to effective team leaders.
