This 3 day course will enable candidates to obtain and enhance the practical skills necessary to develop and nurture a “learning & improving” culture within an organisation, with strong strategic direction.

During the training candidates will also explore how to improve the direction of organizational change, learn how to encourage a culture of continual improvement, align tactical and strategic activity and simplify decision-making. The course will provide an ideal reference point that candidates can use in day-to-day scenarios to overcome workplace challenges, as well as playing a part in future studies and professional development.
ITIL 4 – DPI will benefit IT practitioners who have undertaken ITIL 4 Foundation and wish to learn more managing the direction and strategy of their IT team or organization. Course delegates will receive an e-book with all the course-ware materials before the start of the course.
Virtual Course Times: 9am – 4pm UK time, with at least two 15minute comfort breaks plus an hour lunch break each day.
