(If you are already an ITIL v3 Expert or hold 17 or more ITIL credits, you may attend the ITIL 4 Managing Professional Transition (MPT) course to fast-track your way to being recognised as an ITIL 4 Managing Professional (MP).
This 3 day CDS course will enable candidates to continue to deliver innovative and reliable tech-enabled services to their customers in an increasingly competitive market. Create, Deliver & Support will cover service performance and give candidates an understanding of service quality and improvement methods. During the training, delegates will look closer at core service management activities and explore how different value streams and activities can be integrated to create, deliver and support IT-enabled products and services, whilst also covering supporting practices, methods, and tools. The course will provide the perfect reference point that candidates can use in their work, future studies and professional development.
ITIL 4 – CDS will benefit IT practitioners who have undertaken ITIL 4 Foundation and wish to learn more about managing the operation of IT-enabled and digital products and services, and anyone responsible for the end to end delivery.
Course delegates will receive an e-book with all the course-ware materials before the start of the course.
Virtual Course Times: 9am – 4pm UK time, with at least two 15 minute comfort breaks plus an hour lunch break each day.
Pricing includes the exam fee – candidates can sit the exam remotely up to 12 months after the date of the course.
