Service Desk Manager Bridging Course - Virtual

The Service Desk Manager (SDM) Bridging Course is designed for people who already hold certification and are looking to upgrade their qualification to the latest version of the SDM standard (v8).

This is a 1-day fun and interactive course which highlights the major changes in the new version of the standard and will help prepare students for their examination. This course will also be of value to those people who just want an overview of the updates to the new standard.

Virtual Course

This is a fully interactive, instructor-led training experience hosted through SDI’s online training portal. Each delegate is provided with all of the resources and workbooks they need plus a collaborative workspace where they can share ideas with fellow delegates.

The live online training is delivered by a specialist SDI trainer who will guide delegates through the easy-to-use virtual training environment making sure every attendee is comfortable with the tools and environment.
