The pandemic has taught us that change is inevitable and successes are not only possible, but quick to realise as well! If this is possible then how come not all changes stick around as the “new normal”?

Whether it is breaking a bad habit or rolling out an organisation-wide change project, sometimes despite a huge amount of effort, it just doesn’t stick.
