SDI’s IT Service & Support Awards 2018 took place on the evening of the first day of The Conference For Service Desk Leaders at the Hilton Metropole in Birmingham. The glittering awards ceremony recognised and celebrated the outstanding achievements of the brilliant teams and people working in the IT service and support industry.
The IT Service & Support Awards look for excellence, professionalism and innovation in the industry and we encourage everyone to enter for next year’s awards, set to take place on Tuesday 26th March 2019.
The IT Service & Support Awards gala evening sees over 600 people from across the industry worldwide come together to celebrate the finalists and congratulate the winners of the seven awards categories in a glittering evening of entertainment, food and celebration.
