What are the benefits of my whole team joining as SDI Members?

Joining SDI as either a Team or Corporate member allows each individual on your service desk to receive a whole range of benefits. Your budget will go further with discounts available on training, events, resourcing and Awards entries.

 

Is there a limit to the number of people covered by membership?

There is no limit to the number of employees that can be covered by an SDI membership. However, organizations with two or more distinct service desk sites will be required to take out additional memberships.

 

What are the different options for covering my whole team?

Team Membership is our most popular membership package providing a wide range of benefits and discounts. Corporate Membership is ideal for large service desks and organisations who want use the SDI logo to demonstrate their dedication to industry best practice.
