My client has earned an impressive global reputation in its field and central to its day to day operations is its IT function. As part of its current activities, it is looking to recruit a number of top-drawer 1st line Support Analysts to join its tech support team.
As you will see from the pay rates on offer, we are looking for a range of experience and would like to hear from you if you have:
- 6 months+ customer service experience and good basic IT knowledge to support customers with straightforward IT queries, OR
- 6 months + technical support experience and great customer service skills, OR
- 1 years+ technical support / IT service Desk experience and love to analyse and resolve issues
With all these positions – customer service and problem solving skills are at the core and rates will be paid according to experience. We will consider people without any formal tech support experience and will train -you just need to show an interest in technology and basic PC awareness. More experienced candidates will attract a higher rate of pay (to £170 per day) All roles are onsite.
This first line support role offers: variety, as 1st line analysts rotate across three teams; training/certification beyond three months tenure; wide range of users; highly professional team.
