About the Role:

IT Services are responsible for all aspects of information-technology support and delivery across our University, providing a first-class experience to our students, staff and other stakeholders as they pursue their studies and work both on-campus and beyond.


This is your opportunity to join our IT Customer Service Team, delivering a wide range of IT support to our customers – remotely via our telephone support line and face-to-face at our Help Desks.


With a minimum of two A levels in relevant subjects, you will have good communication skills and a customer-orientated outlook. Knowledge of a broad range of desktop applications and software tools is essential. Experience of working with computer systems in a corporate environment would be advantageous.


We follow a shift pattern between 7.00am and 8.00pm on weekdays with the possibility of occasional evening and weekend work.
