ITIL® 4 Create, Deliver and Support (CDS) is designed to equip individuals with the knowledge and skills required to manage the creation, delivery, and ongoing support of IT-enabled products and services in today’s fast-paced digital environment.   • Use guiding principles and ITIL® 4 practices to improve service delivery and drive value co-creation.
  • Prepare for and successfully pass the ITIL® 4 CDS certification exam.
