ITIL® 4 Create, Deliver and Support (CDS) is designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills required to manage the creation, delivery, and ongoing support of IT-enabled products and services in today’s fast-paced digital environment. It provides a deeper understanding of how to effectively manage service performance, quality and improvement while embracing modern technologies and working practices.
This course will provide an understanding of the key concepts, principles, and practices covered in ITIL® 4 CDS, including value streams, organisational structures, and collaboration methods. It also explores how the ITIL® 4 framework supports the creation of resilient, high-performing services that align with business objectives. This course supports candidates preparing for the ITIL® 4 CDS certification exam.

Course Content
ITIL® 4 Create, Deliver and Support (CDS) course provides comprehensive training for individuals involved in the design, development, delivery, and support of IT-enabled products and services in a modern digital organisation.
Aligned with the latest evolution of ITIL, this course focuses on the ‘create, deliver and support’ core service management practices, essential for managing end-to-end service delivery. It builds on the concepts introduced in ITIL 4 Foundation and provides practical guidance on how to effectively integrate different value streams and activities to create, deliver, and support IT services.
ITIL® 4 CDS introduces key concepts such as service value streams, customer journey mapping, and organisational capabilities including team culture, collaboration, and continual improvement. It also explores how emerging technologies and working practices like Agile, DevOps, and Lean can be embedded into service management to drive business value and operational excellence.
Virtual Course
This is a fully interactive, instructor-led training experience hosted through SDI’s online training portal. You’ll be provided with all of the resources and workbooks you need plus a collaborative workspace where you can share ideas with fellow delegates.
The live online training is delivered by a specialist SDI trainer who will guide you through the easy-to-use virtual training environment making sure every attendee is comfortable with the tools and environment.

- Understand how to create, deliver, and support services using new and emerging technologies and modern working approaches such as Agile, Lean, and DevOps.
- Apply key service management concepts including organisational structure, team culture, roles and competencies, and Continual Improvement.
- Use guiding principles and ITIL® 4 practices to improve service delivery and drive value co-creation.
- Prepare for and successfully pass the ITIL® 4 CDS certification exam.

- a computer with a webcam (We ask that webcams are turned on throughout the duration of the course.)
