The Service Desk Assessment is a two day evaluation of your service desk’s current maturity, by one of SDI’s industry experts.
• After the Assessment, you will be provided with a detailed roadmap of recommendations on how to improve. This will highlight the strengths of your service which can be used to prove the value of your service to customers and the wider business. It will also highlight any areas of development, providing you with the guidance to improve service delivery and achieve your unique business goals.
• The Assessment will take place at your work premises.
