Oh what a night!

The evening of 19 March 2026 was certainly was a night to remember.

Once again, the SDI Awards 2026, in association with ITIL – Official Awards Partner, brought together the very best in IT service management for an evening full of energy, pride, and well-deserved celebration. From inspiring finalists to truly exceptional winners, the room was filled with big moments, loud applause, and a dance floor that carried the celebrations well into the night.

To our winners, a huge congratulations on a truly outstanding accomplishment.

And to every finalist, this is an incredible achievement. To be recognised among the best in the industry is no small thing, and you should be immensely proud.

To everyone who entered, judged, and joined us on the night, thank you. Your passion, dedication, and commitment to service excellence are what make this community so special.
