SDI's Health Check Service

You want to keep your service desk performing well, but sometimes something just isn’t right and you’re not sure what it is.
We can help you with a thorough service desk check-up carried out by an experienced SDI service desk specialist. Whether it be troubleshooting or recovery, managing change or transformation, or in-depth gap analysis of your operations capability; you’ll receive impartial, practical advice and a comprehensive report outlining actionable recommendations to realise your service potential.

It’s not always easy to tell how ‘healthy’ your service desk is and sometimes you need to seek the help of an experienced professional to give you a bit of a check-up. The SDI Health Check is designed to help you diagnose where your service is performing well and highlight any areas for improvement.

It’s carried out on-site by one of our experienced consultants using engaging and collaborative methodologies. Usually over two to three days, the consultant will conduct various engagements and observations, presenting their findings and recommendations in a formal presentation and detailed report. The report will break down any recommendations in the form of a service improvement road map which can detail time frames, responsibilities, and future implications.
