This ITIL® course is designed to update your knowledge to align with the new ITIL (Version 5)

This ITIL® bridging course updates your knowledge with what’s new in ITIL Foundation such as the Service Value System (SVS), which describes how all the components and activities of an organisation work together to enable value creation.

This bridging course offers a fast, cost-effective upgrade to those holding ITIL 4 Foundation certification, focusing on the updates and additions of the latest iteration.

You will gain clarity on the updated terminology and principles shaping ITIL (Version 5), ensuring confident communication across teams, partners, and stakeholders.

Pricing includes the exam fee. Candidates can sit the exam remotely up to 12 months after the date of the course.

Course Content

A fast, focused route for ITIL 4 certification holders to upgrade to ITIL Foundation (Version 5), concentrating only on the updates introduced in version 5.

Understand what has changed since ITIL 4 – the new and refined concepts, terminology, and structural updates introduced in ITIL Foundation (Version 5).

Learn how to integrate the enhancements into your existing ITIL knowledge and apply the updated guidance to improve collaboration, performance, and results.

The content also supports candidates preparing for the ITIL® Foundation (Version 5) certification exam.

This course will be delivered by Simone Jo Moore who has been closely involved in bringing the new ITIL to life as an Ambassador. The course explains how ITIL has evolved to reflect modern technologies, digital products, and contemporary ways of working, while maintaining its core focus on value creation.

Simone’s involvement in the development of new ITIL give her a level of insight you simply don’t get from someone who’s only read the guidance second-hand. She understands not just what the framework says, but the thinking behind it.
