Georgie is a recognised service management leader with more than 20 years’ experience across financial services, banking, insurance, media and a range of other sectors.
Her career has progressed from technical infrastructure roles into senior leadership positions spanning service delivery, IT management and product delivery. She has built and led service desk, platform and infrastructure teams, managed complex supplier relationships and guided organisations through service transition, operational challenges and transformation.
Known for bridging the gap between technology teams and the wider business, Georgie translates complex challenges into clear, practical insights.
