We’re now accepting speaker proposals for Spark 2026, the Service Desk Institute’s flagship annual conference.

Spark is where the brightest minds in service management come together to learn, network, and shape the future of the service desk. Each year, hundreds of professionals from around the globe gather to explore the latest innovations, exchange practical strategies, and build lasting connections.
