What The Judges Look For

The judges are looking for teams that can demonstrate a clear understanding of how technology and innovation can solve problems and create opportunities within the service and support environment.

They will evaluate how teams identify and assess new technologies and innovative working practices, the process for effective implementation, the measurable impact and value delivered, and how these initiatives contribute to the broader business goals. Evidence of overcoming challenges, fostering a culture of innovation, and clear communication of the transformation will be important.
