We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Project Manager to join our rapidly growing and award-winning Managed Services team. In this exciting role, you will lead and manage complex technical projects for our clients, ensuring their goals are met with precision and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver technical projects on-time and within budget.
  • Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and risk mitigation plans.
  • Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders, including clients and senior management.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction with project deliverables.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including Sales, Support, and Engineering, to ensure project success.
  • Continuously evaluate project processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Mentor and develop junior project managers, providing guidance and support as needed.

Skills Knowledge and Expertise

  • 2+ years of technical project management experience, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex technical issues and find solutions.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, managing multiple projects and stakeholders at the same time.
  • Technical knowledge and experience with Managed Services, Cloud Solutions, and Networking is a plus.
